New Interisland Travel Form and Requirements

With interisland travel beginning without the 14-day quarantine on June 16, 2020, we want to share some important information with you.

• Mandatory State of Hawai’i Traveler Health Form required prior to TSA screening for all interisland flights.
  • You may print and complete the form at home or one will be provided for you at the airport.

• Your temperature will be checked when you enter the health screening checkpoint.
• All guests, airport agents, and flight attendants are required to wear a face covering.
• The booking of certain seats on aircrafts have been prevented to create distance between passengers on board.
• Some reservations may not be eligible to select seats online.
• Efforts are being made to seat together families and guests traveling in the same party. Please see an airport agent, if you or someone in your party needs additional assistance in seating.
