The Power of Gratitude During a Pandemic

We understand that these past months have been unusual, and for many it has been a time of confusion, frustration, stress, grief, and so much more. Our team has turned to gratitude in order to find clarity, manage stress, and stay healthy as we navigate this pandemic.

Research has shown many benefits of gratitude including improved sleep, increased empathy, and enhanced self-esteem. There are various ways we can express our gratitude, and we wanted to share a bit of our appreciation with you. Using an easy journal activity, we reflected on the past week and jotted 3 things we have been especially grateful for:

1. Our time spent with our loved ones

2. Our clients who we consider our family

3. Good health
