  • The focus of the City’s COVID-19 testing effort is to ensure the health and wellbeing of our visitor industry workers, City employees, and residents of the communities they serve.

WHY IS THE CITY DOING THIS?

  • With the reopening of Hawai’i and O’ahu to visitors the focus of Surge Testing 2.0 is to ensure the health and wellbeing of our visitor industry workers, the communities they serve in as well as individuals who do not have good access to COVID-19 tests. Surge Testing 2.0 will also support City employees and City first responders.
